The name says it all – ICAP - Innovative & Creative Air-conditioning Products.

ICAP Pty Ltd was born from the WA office of the Dunn Air Conditioning National Group that has been synonymous with Residential & Commercial Air Conditioning around Australia since the 1960's.

Steve Irons has worked with the Dunn Group in WA since 1981 and has been involved in supplying quality products to the WA Mining Industry and the Commercial, Industrial and Residential Industries during this time. Projects such as the Argyle Diamond Mine, the student accommodation facilities at UWA and Curtin Uni, the Thornlie Shopping Centre and many more projects.

ICAP is proud to be the Australian distributor for the Italian air-conditioning manufacturer, Innova. The Innova 2.0 product is unique in that it gives architects, consultants and contractors a product that can be installed in homes, apartments, student accommodation and offices as a solution to air condition areas that have no condenser or plant room space.

The Innova 2.0 air conditioner particularly suits older buildings that don't have balconies or new buildings where the owner doesn't want unsightly condensers hanging off the façade of their buildings. Icap introduced this style of equipment, an air conditioner with no outdoor unit, with the Unico product in 2001. The Innova 2.0 is now in its 4th generation of this style of product.

The Innova range includes many chilled water and heating products that were products synonymous with the Dunn group for many years. The excellent range and design of the Innova products will be able to be applied to many Commercial and Residential projects across Australia. We look forward to working closely with Architects, Mechanical consultants, major air conditioning contractors and their clients with these exciting products.

ICAP has a long history in this sector of the industry and for instance supplied over 400 Sinko CHW Fan coil units for the Sheraton Hotel re-fit amongst many other accommodation and tertiary projects such as The Duxton, Mantra on Murray, The Vines Resort, Murdoch University, Curtin University, Joondalup Resort and The Esplanade in Fremantle to name a few.
